I honestly don’t even know where to start with this review of Tredici! We booked them super last minute... read more for my friend’s wedding after an issue with another supplier, and from minute one they were absolutely incredible.

From the booking process to choosing the pizzas and discussing exactly what the bride and groom wanted, they made everything so easy. Once everything was confirmed, they double-checked every single detail to make sure the day went perfectly — and it truly did.

The van looked amazing at the event, and the pizzas were out of this world! Every guest commented on how delicious they were. The owners were so kind, professional, and genuinely passionate about what they do.

There honestly aren’t enough stars to rate them as highly as I’d like! If you’re planning an event and want a traditional, authentic pizza van run by people who really care about their craft, you absolutely need to book Tredici.

They also catered for so many allergies which is absolutely incredible and so hard to come by.

There will never be enough thank-yous for how wonderful they were, and we can’t wait to visit the restaurant soon!

Tredici has never let us down. We are always very happy. The food is excellent, the staff polite and helpful and the owners passionate.

... read more /> With such a warm and welcoming arrival we knew we were in for a fabulous entertaining afternoon.

We started the experience with a choice of drinks along with a fabulous and tasty array of nibbles. Utterly delightful.

Next was an introduction on the history of Tredici, what they pride themselves on and the full sour dough bread making process.

Both Simon and Marie were awesome, really engaged with the group and explained the what’s and the why’s of pizza’s. I never knew home much went into sour dough breads. After a short video, finishing with the key steps to making the pizza’s it was time to have a go ourselves.

Simon gave the group a step by step demonstration which was then offered to all to sample the finished product. OMG is all I can say.

We each took it in turns to hand stretch and create our own individual pizza. So many toppings to choose even catering for the alternative food types.

With Simon’s expert guidance the whole process was easy to follow and we were all able to recreate the nr perfect pizza.

Marie was on hand all the while to answer any questions from the onlooking group who were all offering there own criticism as we all took it in turns.

After each pizza was cooked we were able to sit and enjoy our creations then returning to watch the rest of the team.

Simon and Marie were just fabulous throughout. Every question was answered with so much passion and detail we all felt a part of the Tredici team.

Probably the best team building event we have held to date.

Would recommend this experience to any local business wanting that personal touch to entertain your employees of clients.

After coming out of the lockdowns with a new hobby of making pizzas at home, it would be useful to learn from their wealth of experience and know how to help make sense of the techniques, timings and science required to produce anything like the Neapolitan style pizzas Tredici deliver so seemingly effortlessly. Enter the birthday gift of a Pizza Making Experience with Marie and Simon!

Excellent hosting, amazing food and an open book of how they do things. All laid out for the participants to then get hands on and produce pizzas to be proud of. What could be mistaken as simplicity is actually where the credit must be given to the team at Tredici. The quality of ingredients and efforts involved in sourcing them. The ease of conversation which comes only from being both passionate and knowledgeable about the subject. The advice and techniques to share which come from the hours of first hand experience in front of that blazing hot wood fired oven. And of course the dedication and pressure of maintaining that decades old sourdough starter!

So there's a lot that goes into making those glorious pizzas and to get a taste of how they do it at Tredici was amazing. Being on the other side of the counter preparing, cooking up the pizza and talking to Marie and Simon was every bit as enjoyable as eating the end result!

We actually went for a special event which was a “pizza making experience”, meaning we got to talk to the owners about their produce, how they make their pizzas, watch a tutorial, and then to try and make the pizza ourselves with their oversight and support! We then got to eat our own pizzas! The experience also included Italian nibbles, a drink each, and to try the pizza made from their tutorial.

I had so much fun, would 100% recommend the experience for anyone, and can’t wait to return to order from their menu (because their tutorial pizza was mouth watering…). The staff are beyond lovely, so friendly and happy to chat to you about their background etc and give you helpful tips for making pizza at home! And the restaurant is really beautiful inside, fairy lights, a cosy atmosphere, and blankets at your table to make you extra comfortable. A sweet touch.

Once the oven was up to optimum temperature, we cracked on under Simon's guidance making our own pizza. A few different shapes and sizes appeared, but all edible! Tredici pizzas are great anyway, but making your own in a professional setting made it special.
Six of us spent two hours at Tredici and it flew by. I found it a perfect balance of learning and fun.
