We Believe 4 Things make the perfect Pizza.

1 Simplicity. It doesn’t get any simpler than that, simple Italian influenced toppings not too much cheese and plenty of flavour….the Napoli way!

2 Top Quality Ingredients. The double zero flour, sea salt & tomatoes we use are sourced directly from Italy to give our pizzas an authentic Italian taste whilst our Mozzarella, Ricotta & Butter are made fresh in the UK. All our vegetables & meats are bought fresh from local suppliers & are seasonal therefore you might notice a few changes to our menu throughout the year.

3 The Right Oven. In that regard nothing is better than a handmade, traditional, Neapolitan wood fired pizza oven heated by locally sourced sustainable wood.

4 A lot of Passion. We’re lucky to have a genuinely amazing team who bring passion in abundance to everything we do, our Pizzaioli (pizza chefs) have been trained by an Italian World Champion Pizzaiolo to instil that passion further.

					  As an Italian, I am always surprised to eat a good pizza abroad, and at Tredici this was definitely the case. Me and my partner had a delicious pizza and... read more desert, very easy to digest and creative in terms of ingredients which are top quality. The owner is very friendly and approachable and always tells a good story about the history of the place and how doughs are created and the passion is put into the project.
